The CEME Group has chosen Traxxeo to implement a digital data collection system on construction sites. The system will be based on multi-platform tools (smartphones, tablets, PCs) that can be configured to suit the working environment and the user.

Through this collaboration, the CEME Group aims to:
- Simplify processes for smoother management.
- Improve data quality through daily entry at source.
- Centralize and unify data for greater fluidity.
- Empower employees by providing them with a modern and user-friendly tool.
- Avoid multiple entries by integrating data flows between the GTA (Traxxeo) and the customer’s third-party systems (payroll, ERP, etc.).
- Implement a validation flow (manager/technician > project manager > HR).
- Identify errors through control mechanisms (e.g., maximum number of hours worked per day or per week).
- Automate pre-payroll processing for overtime and variable elements, enabling faster and more accurate payroll processing.
The data reported from the field will focus in particular on the following elements:
- Identification of site personnel
- Activity data:
- Identification of the projects/businesses on which the personnel worked
- Type of activity/tasks performed during the day
- Type of hours worked (normal work, night work, training, etc.)
- Working time (by project, travel, etc.)
- Activity-related bonuses
- Daily data (for calculating variable payroll items):
- Basket and IPD (short-distance travel allowances)
- IGD (long-distance travel allowances)
- Daily bonuses
