Traxxeo and Alobees are joining forces to offer a comprehensive range of human resources management and site monitoring services, from SMEs with 10 employees to large groups with 20,000+ employees
Brussels, Paris, September 25 – Traxxeo and Alobees, both publishers of time and activity management and site monitoring solutions, are joining forces within Eternia Group, focusing respectively on mid-sized companies and large accounts, and on SMEs in the construction industry.

With this alliance, Traxxeo and Alobees are forming the new benchmark player in digital solutions for the construction industry, offering a comprehensive range of services. Eternia Group covers all “people workflows”:
- Human resources management: time, activities, absences, HR administration
- Compliance management for internal employees, temporary workers, and subcontractors
- HR and operational planning: optimal allocation of teams and human and material resources to construction sites
- Operational and field management: construction site monitoring, field forms, photo reports, logistics, and equipment

A major step forward with the merger of Traxxeo and Alobees
The creation of Eternia Group is based on two complementary players who are leaders in their respective markets:
- Traxxeo, founded in 2008 and led by Charles le Hodey and Hervé Jadin, is a publisher of an HR SaaS platform specializing in time and activity management and administrative compliance, focused on construction companies with 200 to 20,000+ employees.
- Alobees, founded in 2017 and led by Erwan Baynaud, is a publisher of a SaaS platform for team management and site monitoring, focused on construction companies with 10 to 200 employees.
Both companies will retain their autonomy and identity, while benefiting from the momentum generated by Eternia Group to accelerate their growth and strengthen their impact with their customers.
A multi-sector vision focused on the future and AI
Eternia Group’s mission is clear: to consolidate and digitize construction industry people workflows in order to streamline processes and leverage them for productivity, compliance, and performance.
